A Corporate Catering Checklist That Prevents Last-Minute Panic

Corporate catering runs on precision, not drama. The brief arrives early, and the event must land on schedule.

Always confirm the headcount 48 hours before the event, then again 4 hours before dispatch. Corporate numbers drift more than weddings.

Dietary labels are non-negotiable — veg, non-veg, gluten-free and nut-free tags printed on every box and buffet card.

For boxed lunches, plan for 5–8% flex stock. For buffets, stick to the confirmed count plus a thin buffer on high-turnover dishes.

The delivery SLA and the on-site supervisor's number are shared with the client contact on confirmation day.
